Privacy Policy
When you use our website booking inquiry or contact forms, we collect the basic details you type in. This includes your full name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, and your planned travel dates.
We use this information only to check room availability and to talk to you directly about your booking via WhatsApp or phone. We do not sell or share your phone number or information with any marketing companies.

Terms, Conditions and House Rules
To officially confirm and book a room at Sarla Bhavan Homestay, a 50 percent advance payment must be paid to the owner via UPI or Bank Transfer. The remaining balance must be paid when you check in.
Our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Every guest must bring a valid government photo ID like an Aadhar Card or Driving License when arriving. Per local rules, PAN cards are not accepted as valid address proof.
Sarla Bhavan is located in the holy town of Garudeshwar near spiritual temples. To respect the local community, smoking, drinking alcohol, and consuming non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the rooms or on the homestay premises. Quiet hours must be kept between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Guests will have to pay for any physical damage or breakage caused to the rooms, furniture, or AC units during their stay. The homestay is not responsible for any personal injuries or lost valuables during your trip.
Any legal issues or complaints related to your booking will be handled under the local courts in Rajpipla, Narmada District, Gujarat.
